Welcome to the Website for the office of the Kenton County Property Valuation Administrator (PVA). This Website is designed to assist property owners in their understanding of property valuation issues. We have attempted to define the role of the PVA Office, its duties and obligations to the citizens of Kenton County.
Kenton County was established in 1840.
The county was named after Simon Kenton, a notable frontiersman.
It is the third most populous county in Kentucky behind Jefferson and Fayette Counties. Kenton County consists of approximately 65,000 parcels - approximately 60,000 residential parcels and approximately 5,000 commercial and industrial parcels.
